Welcome to Klingspor Online Store. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Klingspor Abrasives SA (Pty) Ltd. We operate this store and website to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"), powered by Shopify.

We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. Colours or appearance may differ from what appears on your screen. All product descriptions are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.
Due to the nature of manufacturing processes, reasonable variations in quantity, size, colour and appearance may occur. Slight imperfections in colour and appearance are acceptable and do not constitute defects.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Klingspor Abrasives SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are not accepted until confirmed and payment is received. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellation requests after acceptance may not be accommodated.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude VAT and any applicable taxes, shipping or handling charges.
Prices may differ from those offered through other channels or third-party platforms. Invoiced prices may differ marginally from advertised prices due to variables such as quantity, size, packaging and marketing.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. The onus is on the customer to remain informed of current prices.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery to your premises or collection from ours.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including trademarks, text, images, product designs and logos, are the property of Klingspor AG or Klingspor Abrasives SA (Pty) Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written consent. The sale of goods does not grant any implied licence over Klingspor's intellectual property.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
Access to third-party tools is provided "as is" without warranties. We have no liability for your use of optional third-party tools.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Klingspor Online Store is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Klingspor Abrasives SA (Pty) Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with us.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you acknowledge you have read and accepted it.
SECTION 11 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. A restocking fee of 15% (plus VAT) applies to all accepted returns. Goods ordered to customer specifications are not returnable.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to cancel orders where information is inaccurate, without prior notice.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may only use the Services for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit harmful code, to scrape or extract data, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
SECTION 14 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klingspor Abrasives SA (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services. Any action for breach must be commenced within 1 (one) year of the cause of action arising.
SECTION 15 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klingspor Abrasives SA (Pty) Ltd, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or use of the Services.
SECTION 16 – BREACH
In the event of breach, including failure to pay within 30 days of statement date, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement, suspend supply of goods and recover all costs including legal fees on the attorney-client scale. Interest on overdue accounts will accrue at the rate prescribed under the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act 55 of 1975.
SECTION 17 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court for any disputes arising under these Terms.
SECTION 18 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
