SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Delivery Times
All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, however we do not guarantee dispatch or delivery on any specific date. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delivery delays, including those caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Risk and Ownership
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to your premises by our courier, or upon collection from our premises. Ownership of goods remains with Klingspor Abrasives SA (Pty) Ltd until full payment has been received.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by you.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed, our courier will attempt to contact you. Items that cannot be delivered or collected within 14 days of being made available may be subject to a reasonable storage charge.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification with tracking information where available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage, defects or incorrect items must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
